A woman is a person who deserves the attention and respect of the whole society. Similarly, the impact she can have on society is very subtle. By her motherly heart-opening, she has the potential to heal an entire society. In the current scenario, women have become one of the most vulnerable people in the world due to various wars, conflicts, and violent situations. Taking this into consideration, the Badulla District YCSL Team organized a program to mark International Women’s Day on March 08. This program was successfully implemented on March 7, 2021, from 6 to 7 pm using zoom technology. Miss Gayathri Navaratne(Bachelor of Law (UOC), Diploma in Diplomacy and World Affairs. (BIDTI), Diploma in Counselling and Psychology. (SLFI), Researcher, Social Activist) acted as the resource person for this.
